Honesty over dynasty: PM Modi slams Congress in blog post, says institutions took a beating in era of dynastic politics

Development over decay. Security over stagnation. Opportunities over obstacles. Vikas over vote-bank politics, The Prime Minister who had won a thumping majority in 2014 general elections beating the Congress to a pulp, said that when a government works with the spirit of India first instead of family first, it shows in its working. He pointed out that, .this paradigm shift is the fact that now, there is a Government that puts institutions above everything else. India has seen that whenever dynastic politics has been powerful, institutions have taken a severe beating, PM Modi added. Responding to the prime minister Congress general secretary of the AICC in charge of eastern Uttar Pradesh, Priyanka Gandhi said, BJP has systematically attacked every institution in last 5 years including the media. PM should stop thinking people are fools and understand that they see through this. With Lok Sabha elections just days away, PM Modi in his post talked about remarkable achievements in sanitation coverage which he said rose from 38% in 2014 to 98% now. Lok Sabha elections 2019 are going to be held in seven phases from April 11 to May 19 with counting to be held on May 23. It is being said that 2019 general elections are going to be the most expensive in the world which is not surprising as the country happens to be the largest democracy in the world.
